Ranveer’s emotional plea

The unit of Band Bajaa Baaraat (starring Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh) was shooting at a busy street in Mumbai at around 8.30 pm. It was supposed to be a late night scene and therefore implied that all the shops in the vicinity remain shut for the sake of authenticity. This infuriated a wine shop owner who resented the fact that he was losing out on business, which peaks post 8 pm . He threatened to disrupt the shoot and stand in front of the camera. But then debutant Ranveer went up to him and pleaded, “Sir, please let us shoot. This is my first film and very important to my career.” The shopkeeper was moved by his emotional tone and let the team shoot all night long! Well emotions work out sometimes to the fullest…what say?
